Willem Jan joined the Pindar Sailing team by Andrew Pindar in 2025. Since May 2026 a new pathway in sailing is launched named

“Pindar Sailing - Learning the Ropes”.

In collaboration with Edhem Dirvana of the Bozburun Yacht Club, the project opened its Teambase in Turkey. In 2026 two Hubs will be opened in Delfzijl (the Netherlands) & Cádiz (Spain).
