Management

In conjunction with Sailing Architect we started a collaboration with Andrew Pindar in 2025. Starting a new campaign in offshore sailing named Pindar Sailing.

As the manager and captain of Pindar Sailing in collaboration with the Bozburun Yachtclub Turkey we are launching a campaign with two Legendary Volvo Ocean Race boats. With a focus on Pathways for Woman in Offshore Sailing and creating awareness for the Environment through Sail4Earth.

Charity works

Sailing Architect supports Uon.Earth and Willem Jan is co-founder and chairman of the Sail4Earth Foundation. The first Co-opetition among sailors to protect Earth.

Willem Jan is boardmember of the ‘Strandhelling Delfzijl’. A foundation to support dinghy sailing in Delfzijl, along the East Coast of the province of Groningen, the Netherlands.
